WWE champion Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy and their seven-year-old son Daniel were found dead in their home near the White Water Country Club in the Atlanta suburb of Fayette County on Monday afternoon.
Lieutenant Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department said the three were found about 2:30 p.m., but he would release no other details. Police are reportedly investigating the deaths as a murder/suicide in which Chris murdered Nancy and Daniel before turning the weapon on himself.
Update: Chris strangled his wife, smoothered his young son, and hung himself, according to reports.
