Wilmer Valderrama and the producers of “American Idol,” Fremantle Media, have entered into a production deal togehter.

“That ’70s Show’s” Fez produced MTV’s “Yo Momma” and will develop and possibly star in series projects for Fremantle Media North America.

Lindsay Lohan’s twenty-seven year old ex and producing partner Danny Villa will establish offices at Fremantle in Burbank for the actor’s WV Enterprises, his publicist said Monday. The deal with Fremantle includes both scripted and reality shows.
