Will Jennie Garth Join Cast of Beverly Hills, 90210 Spinoff?

Looks like Jennie Garth’s schedule has been freed up and she could return to the mothership — joining the cast of the new “Beverly Hills, 90210″ spinoff.

While nothing has been confirmed, we do know that Jennie Garth has dropped out of the CBS pilot “My Best Friend’s Girl” — now making her scheduling conflict for “Beverly Hills, 90210″ a non-issue.

Will Jennie Garth reprise her role as Kelly Taylor? Rob Thomas, who wrote the new “90210″ spinoff hoped that Jennie Garth would join the cast as a fashion design teacher at Beverly Hills High School.
