Louis Petrozza, 47, is a catering chef from North Carolina and Christina Machamer, 25, is a culinary student from Missouri - in this case, the less experienced, but more talented chef won. Christina Machamer will become executive chef at Chef Gordon Ramsay’s new London West Hollywood restaurant.
