Oh boy… a Wisteria Lane cover up!

Desperate Housewives’ final season kicks off with the premiere on Sunday, September 25, starting off with a bang, as the ladies try to cover up the death of Gabby’s abusive stepfather.

Eva Longoria explains to Us Weekly that the storyline “puts a strain on her relationship with Carlos [Ricardo Chavira],” adding, “It’s funny: As serious as the crime was, there is so much humor this season. I’m having so much fun doing the physical comedy.”

Interestingly, Desperate Housewives will be bringing the final season storylines full circle, according to executive producer Bob Daily.

Daily explains, “The mystery is going to harken back to what happened in season 1. We’re bringing back characters you haven’t seen in a while.” Daily also promises “a big whammy at the end!”

Oh man… maybe I should start watching DH again just to see how it all ends?
