Lindsay Lohan was supposed to appear on six episodes of Ugly Betty this season, but for some reason, her commitment was cut to just four appearances. This has people wondering, was Lindsay Lohan fired from Ugly Betty?

Naturally, the rumor mill is spinning with everything from tension between Lindsay Lohan and “Betty” star America Ferrera, to diva behavior on Lohan’s part and trashing her dressing room. What’s to be believed?

Lindsay Lohan was also rumored to smoke like a chimney, have an entourage of folks around her and refuse to come to the set unless Ferrera was there too.

Both actresses’ reps are keeping the peace though.

America’s says: “America is grateful to have had her on the show and thinks everyone should tune in to see how great the episodes are.”

Lindsay’s rep says: “Lindsay was scheduled for six episodes and is appearing in four but had a lovely time.”
