Victoria’s Secret knows sexy — and they’ve got the list to prove it. Victoria’s Secret executives and designers created the list of “What is Sexy” and there are plenty of TV folks on the list, including Ryan Seacrest (what?!) and Josh Holloway (yum…).

Here’s how the Victoria’s Secret 2008 “What is Sexy?” list shakes out:

• Eva Mendes – sexiest actress
• Josh Holloway – sexiest beach body (don’t forget, season 4 of “Lost” starts Thursday!)
• Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham – sexiest mom
• Katherine Heigl (”Grey’s Anatomy”) and Josh Kelley – sexiest newlyweds
• Eric Bana – sexiest actor
• Chris Brown – sexiest male musician
• Rihanna – sexiest female musician
• Dane Cook – sexiest funnyman
• Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo – sexiest male athlete
• Justin Chambers (”Grey’s Anatomy) – sexiest dad
• Blake Lively (”Gossip Girl”) – sexiest newcomer
