Tyra Banks “Get Your Shape in Shape” Weight Loss Episode

Tyra Banks wants to share her weight loss secrets with her audience – on Wednesday’s “Get Your Shape in Shape” episode, Tyra will talk about how she lost 30 pounds through a sensible diet and workout plan.
Tyra Banks worked with a nutritionist and kept a written record of her diet to help her lose the weight, as well as stomach ache issues she had.
Tyra Banks says of the healthy eating and weight loss: “I switched up my unhealthy eating habits for healthier eating habits, and I haven’t had a tummy attack since December ’08.”
