Travis Barker Update – Barker, DJ AM Expected to Make Full Recovery

After surviving a plane crash that left four dead and Travis Barker and DJ AM in critical condition at a burn center, we finally have a DJ AM/Travis Barker update.
A doctor for Travis Barker and DJ AM has announced that the two are expected to make a full recovery.
Both Travis Barker and Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein were severely burned after their plane crashed before takeoff at a Columbia, South Carolina airport.
An update on DJ AM and Travis Barker’s conditions – both were said to have suffered second and third-degree burns. Barker was burned on his torso and lower body, while DJ AM suffered burns to his arms and a portion of his head.
Dr. Fred Mullins of the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors’ Hospital in Augusta, Georgia said that the burn recovery can take as long as a year, but “Since both Barker and Goldstein are in overall good health and didn’t suffer from any other crash-related complications, a full recovery is expected.”
