T.R. Knight Officially Off Grey’s Anatomy – George Dead After Cliffhanger?
If the scoop over at EW.com is correct, T.R. Knight is officially off of Grey’s Anatomy. Michael Ausiello reports that a sources close to Grey’s confirm that T.R. Knight has been released from his contract.
The news of T.R. Knight leaving the series apparently came as other castmembers were receiving their formal pickup letters from ABC.
Looks like this ends of the mystery of whether or not George is dead after the Grey’s Anatomy season finale.
Or is the mystery solved? Some fans speculate that George may return but with a new face (and new actor) – since he was left unidentifiable in the last episode, perhaps a little plastic surgery could keep the character alive?
