Tiger Woods dropped out of the Chevron World Challenge golf tourney following his accident, among gossip that his wife beat him with a golf club over his rumored affair and unanswered questions about how he crashed his car last week.
Tiger Woods apologizes for the tourney cancellation on his website, saying: “I am extremely disappointed that I will not be at my tournament this week. I am certain it will be an outstanding event and I’m very sorry I can’t be there.”
According to the site, Tiger Woods can’t play in the golf tourney “due to injuries sustained in a one-car accident.”
