Tiger Woods Accident Update: Wife Rumored to Have Beat Woods with Golf Club (Video)
And now for a Tiger Woods accident update… the rumors are really swirling, aren’t they? Buzz about Tiger Woods having an affair and a fight between he and his wife, Elin Nordegren have been running rampant, and now TMZ.com is reporting that Tiger Woods’ wife beat him, then chased him down with a golf club.
But what to believe?
According to TMZ.com, Tiger Woods told a non-law enforcement related party that it was his wife, Elin Nordegren, that gave him the facial lacerations – and not the car accident.
The fight is rumored to have happened when Elin confronted him about the rumored cheating, chasing him out of the home with a golf club.
Nordegren hit his car with the golf club, distracting Woods… and causing him to crash.
Tiger and Elin have been married since October 2004.

Just a brief courtesy note to protect your reputation: the grammar in the Tiger Woods Update article needs an adjustment.
“Tiger Woods having an affair and a fight between he and his wife, Elin Nordegren . . . .” Grammatically, it should be “between HIM and his wife, not “he” and his wife.

If his wife broke out the rear window are there traces of glass in his driveway or only at the scene of the accident ? If glass was found in the driveway then she obviously was after him BEFORE the crash… Why did the neighbor call 911 and say he was laying on the ground when the wife supposedly ran up and said on the tape “what happened?”…did she drag him out a second time ? He was already on the ground BEFORE she ran up and asked what occurred…

It seems clear that Woods will never reveal what really happened that night. But you have to suspend common sense to believe that his wife could have extracted him from the car through a broken rear window. He’s over 6 feet tall and over 200 pounds. This was a domestic dispute. She chased him when he was leaving and banged on the car breaking the window, distracting Woods and leading to the accident. If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck…

Once you are a public entity, which you worked SO hard to become, you cannot instantly transform back into a private person when a mishap occurs. However little the accident may in reality be, it’s too late now to redeem the situation. The public has already seen that Mr. Woods will not cooperate with law enforcement in the same manner that the average person would be required to and he has, sadly, revealed his ego to be what I thought it was : Large, but without true stature.

How did she get him out of the car? She dragged him out through the back window? That would require a good deal of strength, which I doubt she possess. Did she climb in through the broken window? If so, she probably would have gotten numerous cuts from all the broken glass around. Why was he unconscious? From a collision that did not even set off the airbags? I doubt it. Sorry, but the circumstances surrounding this are really fishy.

Janie,
The average person would not be required to answer questions anymore than Tiger Woods. If he is under investigation, I suspect it would only be for careless driving, a civil offense. However, I doubt that he is concerned about that. His reluctance to speak to law enforcement is probably motivated by a desire to protect his wife from spousal abuse charges. It seems clear who was wielding the golf club. Law enforcement has become quite sensitive in recent years in pursuing domestic violence cases. I suspect that they are determined not to let a high profile case trump their normal responsibilities.

janie, you said, “The public has already seen that Mr. Woods will not cooperate with law enforcement in the same manner that the average person would be required to”. Actually, the average person would not be required to make a statement to police. You may not like Mr. Woods, but I disagree with you. I do like him. And I don’t believe just because someone is a celebrity, we the public have any right to know everything about their private lives. He’s just a person like you or I. This fixation our society has on rumor and sensationalism is childish. Let the man alone. It’s none of our business.

unless she chucked a rock at the window… XD and then did what she said

He effed around like crazy before he was married, why would he ever stop? She probably did loose her mind temporarily and went after him with a golf club… and who wouldn’t? If she didn’t love him and was in it for the money (like that hooker he was shagging) – she would never react like that. What is he going to say though?! She is the mother of his children and he hurt so badly, so, is he going to blame her for the accident and get her in trouble with police or keep his trap shut…

Now the only other option to this situation is if he

then why would she run out with a golf club when

Secondly, the real story as to what happened to Mr. Woods is as follows:
One day, he told his wife that he was going to play golf, so his wife turned on his tv to watch him play.. When she realized he was lying, she asked him when he got home how the game was. When he said he won and played well, she asked to see the lucky club. He showed her one and said “this is it honey.” She then took the club and wacked him in the face. She meant to hit him in the head, but his lips and teeth got in the way. He ran for his life and tried to drive off. He sped off and got as far as the next hydrant. He then took off again, drove another 2 feet, and smashed a tree. When his wife went out to see what all the noise was, she realized it was him. She then grabbed one of his other clubs and smashed his window in, while singing. She dragged him out of the car and wacked him again. When the cops came, she told them he got into an accident and she broke the window to get him out of the car because the doors were locked. When asked why she didn’t use the keys, she hit the officer in the mouth, and ran to Idaho.

Hmmn… Maybe it’s as innocent as Tiger just trying to get a head start on the busy shopping of Black Friday (tongue in cheek). He was going to the pawn shop early to buy a “Kobe Special” (house on a finger). Tiger’s wife Elin gave him a short shrift regarding the National Enquirer story about so called lover Rachel Uchitel. Tiger headed out the house with a scone in his glove compartment and coffee cup attached to the driver window (big mistake). Tiger had planned on camping out and sleeping in his Cadillac Escalade while waiting for the pawn shop to open. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the driveway, Tiger ran over one of his golf clubs that accidentally fell out of his Escalade the day before. The club popped up and jammed into the left wheel assembly and caused the car to violently swerve to the left and spilled the coffee on Tiger’s eyes. Tiger swerved to the right to compensate– hitting the hydrant and consequently the tree. Yeah, right.
