Bringing back 90210 is one thing… but The Partridge Family is getting a revamp too? Get ready for The Partridge Family to return to TV as a single-camera sitcom on NBC.

According to the show’s writer, Jeff Rake, he’s turning The Partridge Family premise “on its head.”

He says The Partridge Family re-do “will reflect what seems to me to be the more realistic family band scenario these days: a struggling, sort of well-meaning mom pimping her kids in order to create a wholesome-slash-sexy cash cow.”

Ummm… okay. But will anyone watch?

And who wants to bet that Danny Bonaduce is trying to get in on this action?
