In this go-around of “Beverly Hills, 90210,” the Mills family moves from the Midwest to Beverly Hills. Dad, Harry, will work in education, while mom, Celia, is a personal trainer (and former Olympic cyclist).

There are two Mills kids, although not twins this time, as were the original 90210’s Walsh kids. The “Beverly Hills, 90210″ spinoff features two 16-year old kids — Annie, who is the Mill’s biological daughter, and Dixon, their adopted son.

The Mills kids have their friends, naturally, including Silver, who lives with her twentysomething brother Max. Silver and Max’s parents are nowhere to be seen, which may figure into the plot as well. Other friends include a Middle Eastern character named Navid, as well as Ethan and Naomi, an on-again/off-again couple.
