The Biggest Loser Winner 2009

The Biggest Loser finale was last week, and the Biggest Loser was revealed to be Helen Phillips!
The finale was a gargantuan undertaking, over three hours long, that saw Phillips beat out Tara Costa and Mike Morelli for the $250,000 grand prize and title of Biggest Loser.
Eliminated contestants were also in the running for a home Biggest Loser prize of $100,000 and the winner from that group was Jerry Hayes, a 64 year old from Illinois who lost 177 pounds, dropping him from a starting weight of 369 pounds to a current weight of 192.
Helen Phillips started the competition weighing 257 pounds before losing 54.47% of her total body weight to finish up at an incredible 117 pounds. Helen is the oldest ever winner of the Biggest Loser.
