Do you have wrinkles? Do you feel that you look older than you really are? Do people think you’re your children’s grandmother or grandfather instead of their parent? Are you tired and stressed out, and clearly weary? Then Ten Years Younger could be the perfect show for you.

TLC’s Reality TV show, Ten Years Younger, gets people (mostly women) who are older than they look, often by 10 or 15 years, and want to look closer to their age. At the beginning of the show, the person is stuck in the dreaded soundproof box and 100 people are surveyed, asking how old they she is, and what she can do to look younger.

From there, the program director (currently Nicky Hambleton-Jones) then sets the average age and then, the rest of the cast goes about helping the woman look younger, with changes in hair, makeup, clothing, and at times, food and meal preparation.

Then, the woman goes back in the soundproof box, and another 100 people are surveyed. The average is typically 10-15 years younger than the woman looked initially. This show is both entertaining and fascinating. It is also currently accepting applicants through this website: http://www.evolutionusa.com/casting_10years.html

Oh my I absolutely love the show. I am always looking forward to watching it.
My favorite part though is when they pick the clothing and do the hair.

What do you think?
