Susan Boyle Hospitalized After Suffering Mental Breakdown
Wow, sounds like the pressure got to Susan Boyle – Boyle was hospitalized after suffering a mental breakdown on Sunday. Susan Boyle placed second in the Britain’s Got Talent competition.
Reports say that Susan Boyle was wandering around her London hotel looking disoriented, so Britain’s Got Talent staff called the police and got Boyle some medical attention, taking her to a London mental health facility.
A Britain’s Got Talent spokesperson issued the following statement: “Following Saturday’s show, Susan is exhausted and emotionally drained. She has been seen by her private GP, who supports her decision to take a few days out for rest and recovery. We offer her our ongoing support and wish her a speedy recovery.”
