Supernatural fans will be sad to know that the cast has only 2 scripts left before they will be out of material. Here’s the thing: if the strike ends within the next few weeks, the show will pick up in January right where it’s left off. If it takes longer than that, the season will probably be shortened. And if the strike goes on as long as it did last time (22 weeks)… it’ll be a sad, sad day.

However, fans should be pleased to know that the cast joined the WGN writers at the picket stands, bringing them food, and are using the Supernatural website: www.supernatural.tv, to invite and encourage viewers to participate in ending the strike, which will soon affect all scripted television shows.
