Admist recent dishing reports of a Lauren Conrad/Jason Wahler fuck flick, the MTV starlet vehemently denied that she and her ex and former “Laguana Beach” co-star made a sex tape:

“I am posting this note on my website regarding the reports that have circulated on the internet this morning. Jason and I would like to make it clear that we did not make a tape with us having sex. Jason and I are both shocked and hurt that people would say such horrible things about us. I can’t believe that somebody would go to such great lengths to try to damage my reputation. Well, snitches at Sugar DVD, the same company that offered naked “Idol” Antonella Barba a half million dollars to “host” an adult party, has offered the kids from “The Hills” the same figure for the footage of the naughty follocking.

A company rep says the company offered $500,000 for the video — sight unseen. SugarDVD.com reportedly called Wahler’s manager and made him the same offer. According to the SugarDVD source, Wahler’s manager would neither confirm nor deny the that there was a tape.

A rep from Vivid Entertainment, the company that just released the Kim Kardashian sex tape, hasn’t been approached, but would reportedly love to make an offer.
