Snoop Dogg’s Wife – Body Dead in Basement Rumor; Manager Confirms She’s Not Dead

A rumor that Snoop Dogg’s wife’s body was discovered dead in his basement has been running rampant today. But is there any truth to the death rumors?
Snoop Dogg’s wife, Shante Broadus, was rumored to be dead after the California Highway Patrol computers displayed a message from a tip that Snoop Dogg’s wife’s body was dead in his basement.
TMZ.com first showed a screen capture of the CHP’s Incident website, showing an April 9 entry at 3:19 p.m.: “Snoop Doggy Dogg has the dead body of his wife in his basement.”
The report came in while Snoop was hosting a show on the Internet.
Snoop Dogg’s wife is not dead – this was just a hoax, according to the rapper’s manager, who calls the Snoop Dogg wife body rumor “ridiculous.”
Snoop Dogg and his wife Shante (as well as their family) are featured on the E! reality series Father Hood.
