After rumors of a big screen version of SNL’s MacGruber, we finally have confirmation – a MacGruber movie is in the works, with Jorma Taccone set to direct. Will Forte will play the title character, with Ryan Phillippe and Val Kilmer in negotiations to also join the cast. SNL’s Kristen Wiig will play MacGruber’s assistant.
