He’s not so “Even Stevens” it seems – Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Sunday for DUI after being involved in a car accident in Hollywood. He suffered several injuries, including his head, left hand and knee, and is currently recovering from hand surgery.

A statement relays that “Shia is currently recovering from extensive hand surgery with plans to return to work on the set of Transformers 2 within one month. No further comment will be issued at this time. “
