A salary negotiation breakdown has kept comedienne Sherri Shepherd from joining Whoopi Goldberg on ‘The View.’
“They just couldn’t work out the money part of it,” an insider tells the tabs. “They weren’t willing to pay Sherri what she was asking for.”
Sherri was seeking a reported $2 Million annual salary; the same salary granted to Whoopi Goldberg.
The View has resumed its conversation with former CNN news anchor and syndicated radio host Jacque Reid, she has guest hosted more than six times.
