ABC made this statement: “This Thursday, Sherri’s summer-long quest for a bathing-suit body pays off. Back in May, Sherri announced her plan in front of all of America. She’d work with trainers, nutritionists, stylists, butchers, bakers, and candlestick makers in order to work herself into bathing-suit shape. And on Thursday, she’s going to reveal that bod to the world.”

Sherri Shepherd’s exercise program started in May – she lost 5″ from her waist and 10″ overall. She looks great after that amazing weight loss!

Sherri said of her new body, “I feel really great. I just wanted to show people that you don’t have to do anything crazy. You just have to make some choices and exercise and the weight will drop off. I hope some folks were inspired.”
