News of the Shauna Sand video/sex tape is making the rounds, but Shauna Sand, former Playboy Playmate and Lorenzo Lamas’ ex-wife, isn’t happy about it. Sand is fighting the distribution of the sex tape, saying she has not given the rights to Vivid Entertainment.

Vivid Entertainment plans to release the Shauna Sand sex tape on October 19.

Shauna Sand, mother of three, even has a special section of Vivid’s website devoted to Sand and her boyfriend in a sneak peek of the sex tape, called “Shauna Sand Exposed.”

Shauna Sand says of the video, “Yes I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact I’ve made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn’t sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now.”

Shauna Sand has acted on TV shows like “Charmed” and “Las Vegas,” and has appeared in the movies “Succubus: Hell Bent” and “Black Dawn.”

How did Vivid get their hands on the racy Shauna Sand video?

According Vivid founder Steven Hirsch, “We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it. The scenes are of an incredible high def quality, which makes it the hottest celebrity sex footage I’ve ever seen.”
