Sara Ramirez working out

Sara Ramirez from Grey’s Anatomy has been a bit of an idol for celebrating women of all sizes because she’s not a stick figure like most other women on TV. However, she says that she has slimmed down a bit this season, noticeable in the past few episodes. Sara says that she’s working with a trainer three times a week, doing cardio and weight training. She also says she’s adding more fresh fruit, water, and vegetables to her diet in an effort to feel healthier. She says it’s a pain but just doing it is helping her a lot.
I hope she doesn’t turn into another Nicole Richie, I always thought Sara looked awesome as is.
