SANDRA BULLOCK wants a cameo role on cosmetic surgery TV drama NIP/TUCK, so she can get free breast implants.

The actress became hooked on the show while co-starring with Nip/Tuck actor JULIAN MCMAHON in the movie PREMONITION-released on Friday. And she’s begging MCMahon to help her land a guest spot. Bullock, 42, says, “I love Nip/Tick. I’ve told Julian I’d like to be a guest on the last ever one and have a complete overhaul starting with these (my breasts). It’d be fun.”
