Ryan Seacrest Blames “American Idol” Ratings Slump On Simon Cowell

Ryan Seacrest is blaming “American Idol’s” Season Six rating slump on sharp-tongued judge Simon Cowell.
According to Canada’s Globe and Mail, when Ry was asked why he thought A.I ratings took such a nosedive he replied:
“Well, the knee-jerk reaction would be Simon.”
“Clearly there’s an over saturation of his character,” Ryan went on.
And as for rumors that Paula and Randy are being booted for Britney Spears? Seacrest says:
“I’m positive you can’t recreate the chemistry that we have with the group on ‘American Idol.’”
