Love ‘em or hate ‘em, the Oscar red carpet pre-show is a must – where else do reporters get to ask that all important question: “Who are you wearing?” This year, Regis Philbin will take on the Oscar red carpet pre-show duties. And this is somewhat familiar territory – he did the same job 30 years ago.

According to producer Dennis Doty, “Regis is the perfect guy to serve as host. He knows everyone, and everyone loves Regis! I’m thrilled that he has agreed to be the ringmaster for this year’s extravaganza.”
