During his Tavis Smiley interview, discussion of Prince’s epilepsy angel was revealed in this video clip. Prince was born with epilepsy – an angel cured the childhood condition: “My mother told me one day I walked into her and said mom I’m not going to be sick anymore, and she said ‘why?’ and I said; ‘an angel told me so.’”

While he doesn’t recall the incident, Prince’s epilepsy angel is just another interesting story in this amazing performer’s life.
