The Today show ran this piece about Barack Obama taking the presidential oath… again… last night. Since Tuesday’s inauguration day flub, where Chief Justice John Roberts misquoted the oath, President Barack Obama decided to retake the oath and make everything official.
Barack Obama re-took the oath Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the White House Map Room. Obama joked, “…We’re going to do it very slowly,” then following the oath, Roberts said, “Congratulations, again.”
