Oprah’s Big Give Delivers Emotional Response

Maybe it’s just me, but I sat blubbering through most of “Oprah’s Big Give” tonight. After so many reality shows that feature contestants in it only for themselves, it’s refreshing to see “Oprah’s Big Give” exploring the idea of changing people’s lives.
Overall, “Oprah’s Big Give” provided plenty of weepy moments for me — I didn’t care for the frenetic pace, however, because it didn’t provide much time to see what each team did to raise money.
It’ll be interesting to see who wins “The Big Give” — who do you think will win it all?

I loved the big give. amazing. and if anyone has ANYTHING negative to say about it, they are just dumb and jealous. WHY would you criticize a show that’s trying to spread a great message – and as for kicking someone off – if you were in need, who would you want to help you ? it’s fun. adds some edge. get a life all you haters.

I felt the same way as you, up until today. I was writing my post and I came across a shocking website that makes you question the motives of these shows. Check out my post at http://www.momthought.wordpress.com for the details.

I think it’s going to be Stephen who wins. I agree with you about the pace of the show.
