Online Gamblers Call Antonella Barba “Idol’s Best Bet”
We firmly believe she’s American Idol best bet (we bet on her to win American Idol at +4000). A $20 dollar bet on Antonella would payout $1,000 should she win. Definitely worth the risk, in our humble opinion, says The Online Wire, a network for virtual gamblers.
Bookmaker.com just released the latest American Idol betting odds; Melinda Doolittle is the confirmed frontrunner, followed at short distance by Lakisha Jones, Blake Lewis and Sabrina Sloan.
Former background singer Melinda Doolittle is the frontrunner in the odds to win American Idol. Her current odds are +200* at Bookmaker.com (Visit Web site here).
Lakisha Jones follows Melinda closely. Herodds to win are currently holding steady at +385*. Blake Lewis is third among the three leaders and first of the guys. His current odds are +700*, price he shares with Sabrina Sloan.
Sundance Head chances to win are slightly ahead of the early favorite Chris Sligh, at least according to Bookmaker.com American Idol analysts. Sundance current odds to win are +850* while Sligh seats at +900*.
Still in the race but definitely distant from the leading pack are Jordin Sparks (+1100*), Stephanie Edwards (+1100*) and Chris Richardson (+1500*).
Sanjaya Malakar and Joel Stacey seem to have lost all chances. Current odds to win for both are +3300. Brandon Rogers seats at the doorsteps of hell with his current odds to win set at +5500*.
The “almost out”, all sharing the same desperate odds (+7500*), are Gina Gloksen, Jarden Cotter and Haley Scarnato. Only a miracle, or the sudden death of all other contestants, can keep them in the race at this point.
Last but not least we have American Idol Deep Throat and future Playmate Antonella Barba. Her current odds to win are set at +5000*. She’s very distant from the leading pack but don’t underestimate Antonella. She could easily come back, plus she’s the most popular semifinalist ever.
