NBC is now denying the reports that it will pay up to a million dollars to be the first to interview Paris Hilton upon her release from jail next week (wait, next week? Already?!).

NBC spokeswoman Allison Gollust said:

“We don’t pay for interviews and we’ll never pay for interviews and I have no interview to confirm,”
