Oof… the NBC Black History Month menu is causing a stir today – The Roots’ Questlove put a picture of the NBC Black History Month menu on Twitter and started an avalanche of conversation about what the hell is up at NBC.

Even Wanda Sykes gets in on the action, bringing it to the attention of Jay Leno on his show last night – the NBC menu included fried chicken, collard greens, corn bread, and black eyed peas.

Sometime after Questlove from Late Night with Jimmy Fallon tweeted the picture, the NBC cafeteria changed the sign and now diners have a grilled chicken special.
