Mischa Barton, who once starred on television’s “The O.C.,” is planning to plead no contest to DUI charges at her Thursday arraignment.

The plea is expected to get Mischa Barton a three-year unsupervised probation term and three months of alcohol education class (as well as a fine) — but no jail time.

This is Mischa Barton’s first offense.
