Naturally, the ladies of The View sound off on the Miley Cyrus topless Vanity Fair picture scandal in this video clip from their Hot Topics segment. Whoopi Goldberg brings up some excellent points — including the fact that everyone there for Miley Cyrus’ Vanity Fair photo shoot would have to sign off on the digital pictures that Annie Leibovitz took (including her parents!). There’s no mistaking that the topless picture was approved, whether Miley Cyrus thought it artistic at the time or not.
