The latest in the Miley Cyrus stalking case… a 53-year-old man has been arrested for stalking Cyrus, after trying to contact her on a film set for “The Last Song” in Georgia.

The man who has been stalking Cyrus claims he is secretly engaged to the teen actress/singer.

the stalker, Mark McLeod was arrested before, in June, for disorderly conduct and obstruction after trying to breach security on Cyrus’ set.

McLeod has been ordered to stay away from Miley Cyrus and her family.

McLeod believed that Cyrus had accepted his marriage proposal, that her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, approved and that Miley was sending him “secret messages” through her TV show.
