Miley Cyrus can’t play cutesy teenager forever – Disney Channel’s popular Hannah Montana will be ending this year as it wraps up the fourth season in 2010.

Hannah Montana begins shooting the fourth season on January 18 and will wrap forever in the summer.

Look for the season 3 finale “Is Miley Saying Goodbye?” to air in mid-March. Looks like that there’s the writing on the wall.

Disney Channel executive Andy Bonnett confirms the end of Hannah Montana, saying, “It’s one of the things [her character Miley Stewart] has been wrestling with for months. Whether it’s time to make a decision to continue being Hannah Montana or just be a regular, ordinary girl.”

Hannah Montana’s final season will premiere in late spring.
