Matt Lauer divorce topic of Meredith Vieira Today show
Oh man… Meredith Vieira got herself into some trouble when she was teasing an upcoming marriage segment on the Today show – and the topic of Matt Lauer’s divorce and marriages proved for an awkward moment.

On the November 10 Today show, Meredith Vieira talked about a segment on the right age to get married, and absently asked Matt Lauer when he got married – this led to some stumbling, but they covered with laughter (hear someone off camera saying “Nice!”).

Matt Lauer’s first marriage ended in divorce and his second wife reportedly filed for divorce before withdrawing the papers.

Here’s how the Matt Lauer divorce discussion went down (watch the video below):

MATT LAUER: Then we’re going to talk about marriage. What is the right age to get married?

MEREDITH VIEIRA: I don’t know. I got married in my 30s. When did you get married?

MATT LAUER: Ah . . .

Someone off camera: “nice!”

MEREDITH VIEIRA: Anyway, I’m sorry. Oh geez.

MATT LAUER: The average age — let’s just start this show over. On average in this country women get married at 26, men at 28. Those are the averages. But how does your age impact your choice of a mate, and your chances for living happily ever after? Probably a more important question. We’ll get into that later.

MEREDITH VIEIRA: I don’t think I’m going to be one of those that lives happily ever after, after this show!

Does anyone here use legal zoom (http://www.legalzoom.com)? Any thoughts on the site? I am thinking about using it for my next patent and wanted to see if anyone had any experiences good or bad.

    Thanks,

Nothing seems to be easier than seeing someone whom you can help but not helping.
I suggest we start giving it a try. Give love to the ones that need it.
    God will appreciate it.
