Frewer will be joining the cast of “Watchmen,” playing “a satanic supervillain and magician.” The film is expected to be released March 9, 2009 and includes Patrick Wilson, Jackie Earl Haley, Malin Åkerman, Billy Crudup, Matthew Goode and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
