“God I hope I get it… I hope I get it.” Mario Lopez got it — a plum part in Broadway’s “A Chorus Line.”

I’m sure Mario Lopez is thanking his “Dancing with the Stars” experience for the part of a lifetime.

Mario Lopez begins his role as director Zach in the successful Broadway revival of “A Chorus Line” on April 15. He completes his Broadway gig on September 7.

Mario Lopez said in a statement, “Every actor dreams about appearing on a Broadway stage. I have as well, and have been searching for the right time and opportunity.”
