A man slaps a child in a WalMart and has been charged with felony cruelty to children for the incident. The man slapped the 2 year old child after first threatening “if you don’t shut that baby up, I will shut her up for you.”

What’s wrong with people? This CNN video clip details the “man slaps child” incident, where mom Sonya Mathews told police that Roger Stephens, 61, threatened her first then later slapped the child on the face four or five times, telling Mathews, “See, I told you I would shut her up.”

Luckily, a bystander helped out and held Stephens while security at the Atlanta WalMart responded.
