Madonna newly buff biceps healthy?
Madonna’s newly buff biceps: healthy or too scary skinny? Madonna’s arms are making headlines as of late, with pictures of Madonna and her newly buff biceps making the rounds… and people beginning to question if it’s really healthy.

Recent pictures of Madonna’s biceps show arms that are a bit too buff – veiny and super skinny – leaving many to wonder if she’s stopped eating or is just over-exercising.

Are Madonna’s newly buff biceps healthy?

Leslie Bonci, director of sports nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center tells ABC news, “Oftentimes when your body fat is really, really, low, as Madonna’s is, you’re going to see veins pop. Her body fat is minimal, and she does a lot of strength training workouts that are going to build her muscles to look more visible.”

Bonci adds, “When muscles look that way, it’s often the result of pretty restrictive eating and dehydration. With bodybuilders, the goal is to be sinewy, to make everything stand out. How do you get to that goal? You restrict your fluid intake. But then you might collapse on stage.”

Madonna’s rep on the other hand, is crying foul over the ripped arm muscle pictures making the round, telling the website Gossip Cop, “Madonna’s arms in the most recent photos have absolutely been altered by Photoshop or some other means. Her arms do not look like that in real life.”

As you can see from the recent photo above, Madonna’s arms don’t look as frightfully skinny as the other pic circulating online.

There is something wrong with Madonna’s arms. I don’t even see men with that kind of definition! I think she is going too far and needs to soften them up.

I think it is too extreme. It doesn’t look feminine at all. There is one thing to look buff, but if it looks freakish, as it does on her, then a change is needed. Madonna, most men like to look at a woman without being reminded of masculine features. You’ve taken it to the extreme and it doesn’t look good. You look like a piece a gristle with a pretty face.

Why can’t a man see a fat flabby woman if he wants to, while women can see any man they want?
Why does she feel compelled to look like this, and on top of that why is there so much focus on her and her current physique?
It only further limits a man in his own sexual desires, like mine. I’m a 22 year old male and I can’t see a fat woman online or in film or on a stage even if I had the money to do so. I feel like society would rather have me be homosexual than to even gaze at fat women (or even those close to chubbiness).
All this while fat men abound in Hollywood.
I need to be famous so I can and WILL change this! Who’s with me.

The veins are so big they look vericose… who wants THAT on their arms?

Those arms look….disgusting. Talk about anti-sex appeal. Her and Angelina Jolie both look like when God was handing out arms in heaven, they mistakenly ended up with branches off of an old, gnarled, apple tree instead.

I am a firm believer in the old adage though, “A sexy woman should have no straight lines”. I’ll take a “slightly heavy”, voluptuous woman over a friggin chopstick anyday. Give me Jennifer Hudson, Salma Hayek, Cindy McCain, or Marina Sirtis over that monster with the two veiny tentacles anyday…
