‘Tis the season… to spend time in jail. Former “Lost” star Michelle Rodriguez reported to jail yesterday to begin her six month sentence. Michelle Rodriguez violated probation when she failed to finish her community service and drank three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device. Rodriguez was supposed to complete the community service and alcohol monitoring for a DUI case.

Michelle Rodriguez will spend six months in a Lynwood, California facility — the same jail where Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan spent their sentences.

Let’s just see how much of her sentence Michelle Rodriguez will serve — legal experts are already saying Rodriguez may get a shorter stay because of jail overcrowding. Michelle Rodriguez is also eligible for early release for good behavior.

This isn’t the first time that Michelle Rodriguez has seen the inside of a jail cell. In May 2006, Rodriguez was in the Lynwood facility for four hours and 20 minutes of a two month sentence from a 2005 DUI arrest. She had also been in jail two days in Honolulu for that case.
