TMZ is reporting that former “Lost” star Michelle Rodriguez was released from jail last night after serving 17 days of her sentence.
Michelle Rodriguez was serving a 180 day sentence from a DUI arrest and violating probation.
When TV Crunch reported in December about Michelle Rodriguez entering jail on December 24, we mentioned that experts were forecasting a shorter jail stay because of jail overcrowding. It’s uncertain if that’s the reason for Michelle Rodriguez’s jail release at this time.
Legal experts once again are speaking up on Michelle Rodriguez’s jail time, saying yes, it’s probably overcrowding and her good behavior that led to her shortened stay.

Wow, she was already there that long? When Paris was in jail it was annoying that websites and the tv all talked about here jailtime. But then, they are so distant in popularity.
