The commercial that aired during Lost points you to the octagonglobalrecruiting.com site that says it is “on behalf of the Dharma Initiative,” and asks visitors to register by entering their email address.

The “national recruitment drive” is July 24-27 in San Diego, which is the same time as Comic-Con (which includes a Lost panel).
