Wow… Loretta Long, who’s played Susan on Sesame Street, was hit by a car the other night. Thankfully, she was not seriously injured in the car accident that happened while she was walking near her New Jersey home.

Loretta Long did, however, suffer a fractured leg and head injures.

Long told The Post: “I feel good. I’m going to be fine.”

As for the car, she says, “I never saw the guy. And I guess he never saw me. I have no idea what happened. I was crossing the street going to the Rite-Aid, and when I opened my eyes, I thought, ‘Am I doing an episode of ‘ER’?’ Because I was already in the ambulance.”
