I was surprised to see Lizzy Caplan topless, having seen her in funny roles in Mean Girls and TV’s The Class. But hey, it’s art, right? Or good for ratings? Or both?

On True Blood, Lizzy Caplan describes her character (Amy) as “sort of a hippie,” saying:

“I normally play a lot of characters that could be considered dark. This is a total departure from that. She’s still really twisted and screwed up, but she’s actually sort of a hippie. She loves nature and thinks everything is connected and that there is so much beauty in the world. But she’s actually kind of tweaked in the head.”
