Lindsay Lohan sues! The ETrade baby ad that aired during the Super Bowl mentioned a “milkaholic” baby named “Lindsay” and now Lohan sues… oy.

Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade Financial Corp for $100 million, saying that milkaholic kid was modeled after LiLo.

Lohan’s lawyers claim that the ad used Lindsay’s “likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission.

Lohan’s lawyers maintain that Lindsay has the same “single-name” recognition as people like Oprah and Madonna.
